How counselling can help

Sometimes it can be difficult to deal with what life throws at you. 

You might have a long-standing problem. Maybe you're experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or are feeling isolated, lost or stuck.  Perhaps you've had a life-changing event, a bereavement or loss, or perhaps a relationship isn't working well. Maybe things just don't feel right. 

It can be daunting to come for counselling, but talking and thinking things through with the support of a skilled counsellor can really help. It provides a confidential space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and can help you make the changes you want for your future.
